Lie or Apology: Kejriwal made for ‘power’

As his very intention is malicious, he is exposed more whenever he tries to cover his real face. In fulfilling his ambitions to achieve power in Delhi, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal spread lies to galvanize people against top leaders of BJP and now he is using the escape route of apology to retain the power.

After the statements of AAP leadership, it is now crystal clear that the apology of Kejriwal lacks the basic constituent – remorse. In his written apologies to various leaders – Vikram Singh Majithia, Nitin Gadkari and others he used the term ‘regret’ but not in the spirit. Kejriwal’s deputy Manish Sisodia and other AAP leaders took shelter of the financial burden and wastage of time as the main reasons for the recent series of drafted apologies by Kejriwal.

Is Kejriwal motivated by only two reasons?  In a public meeting on January 31, 2014, Kejriwal released a list of ‘most corrupt politicians’ which include Nitin Gadkari, the incumbent Union Minister for Transport. The very next day he was served the legal notice. However, Kejriwal refused to apologize and released a video stating he would never apologize to Gadkari. “There is ample evidence against Gadkari and people like him will be devastated as evidence start trembling out,” said Kejriwal in highly aggressive language. The litigation of defamation is pending in the court since 2014. Where is the evidence? Why apology now? In fact, Kejriwal is frightened by a recent decision of the Supreme Court on November 2, 2017, in which the court ordered ‘speed trail’ of the criminal cases involving ‘political persons’ throughout the country. Subsequently, the Central government submitted a plan before the SC on next date of hearing – December 13, 2017; including allocation of Rs 7.8 crore for the trial of 1581 such cases.

“In the interest of the nation, trials in such cases must end within a year,” a bench headed by Justice Ranjan Gogoi had remarked, asking the government to meet its promise to decriminalize politics. As per the existing laws, a lawmaker guilty of a criminal offense punishable by two years or more in jail immediately loses his membership for the concerned house. After his 21 MLAs lost membership in ‘office of the profit’ case, Kejriwal recognized the difference between the opinion of a lawyer and verdict of the court. Now, he fears for his own disqualification if convicted in any of the cases. Here lies the real reason behind his series of so-called apologies.

This is the main concern of the AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal. The judgment had put a deadline on all the delaying tactics he has been using in his defamation cases. Furthermore, the controversy regarding payment of a fee to senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani also made it clear that he would have to cough up the fee from his own pocket or party fund so is with the fine/ cost imposed on him in defamation cases.

‘Hunger for Power’ has been at the core of Kejriwal’s politics. His entire political keeps ‘political power’ to fulfill his political ambitions. He lied for power, made ultra super promises and reversed them. He knew that the life of lies’ is short but also knows the tricks to use the lies in this short span of time. Those who have any doubt should recall these lies and Kejriwal’s somersaulting.

  1. I swear my children; I will never join hands with Congress (December 23, 2013). He joined hands with Congress (December 28, 2013) and ran from the government for 49 days.

  1. I will never follow VIP culture; will not take big bungalow etc. Demanded 5-bedroom big bungalow from the government at Bhagwan Das Road in Lutyens’ Delhi (February 4, 2014). (In 2013, AAP got a form signed by its candidates declaring they would shun VIP culture and not take big bungalow).

  1. There should be fresh elections in Delhi (February 14, 2014, after resignation). I have written LG to find out possibilities of government formation (May 21, 2014, after AAP lost all the seven seats in Delhi).

  1. In JNU Anti India slogan controversy, Kejriwal shared a video on social media claiming ABVP activists shouted slogans – Pakistan Jindabad (February 15, 2016). The magisterial inquiry proved the video was proved and the claim in the video was fake (October 18, 2016).

On completion of his 30 days in power on January 29, 2014, Delhi BJP had released a list of ‘30 lies in 30 days’. In fact, complete books could be written on the strategies of ‘lies’ by Kejriwal with ‘apology’ as a new section. However, his apology strategies with Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley would not be an easy task. However, I feel pity for Kejriwal for his resort to apology after the failure of conspiracies. As a B team of Congress, this is what he had inherited from there. Congress; was the first to use this strategy to protect her liberal image and vote bank after conniving Sikh Massacre in 1984. The difference is that Kejriwal uses the lies for character assassination of his rival politicians so frequently that he seems to be suffering from ‘lies addiction’, which is no less dangerous than ‘drug addiction’.

AAP’s Soul in New Brand Congress

It was not a simple election. In around two months working on the ground in Gujarat, I always felt the soul of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the body of Congress. In the entire campaign period Gujarat was deluged with lies, divisive politics and unachievable promises by Congress and her three crutches of caste cowboys – HAJ (Hardik Patel, Alpesh Thakore and Jignesh Mewani).

Our suspicion on AAP’s soul in Congress’ body first came from lies and baseless allegations of HAJ. Which were confirmed by two incidents – firstly, the shocking satisfaction of HAJ on unconstitutional and unachievable promises of Congress and secondly, AAP’s absence in the election campaign? Until a few months before AAP was challenging Prime Minister Narendra Modi for election in his home state as the elections came closed they surrendered. However AAP contested on 29 seats but I could not see even a single popular leader of AAP visiting Gujarat during elections. Even AAP’s Gujarat Conveneor Gopal Rai was not seen there. Earlier, they used to share AAP workers in their functions in Gujarat. Nobody knows where all of them disappeared suddenly? Was this done on the directions of Congress? AAP is considered a media friendly party but hardly any AAP candidate got media coverage in this elections. Who was managing all this?

Like AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal, the HAJ along with Rahul Gandhi used to spread falsehood throughout the election campaign. The allegations that ‘Modiji eats mushrooms of Rs 80,000 per piece to become fair’ by Alpesh Thakore and ‘Modiji gave 48,000 crore acre land (more than three times of land on entire earth) to industrialists’ by Rahul Gandhi; were the height of lies. Congress scion and his caste cowboys kept on changing their data of unemployment in Gujarat from 50 lakh to 30 lakh. In reality, Gujarat generates highest employment in India and unemployment is lowest in the state. As Minister for Labour and Employment in Manmohan Singh government, Mallikarjun Khadge (now Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha) had conferred a certificate for Gujarat government for being at the top in providing maximum jobs among 35 states and union territories. The Congress has created a psyche among the youths that employment means ‘government job’ therefore many people who are working in private sector or unorganized sector or self employed have registered themselves in the unemployment register for government job. In the Gujarat Model of development, BJP in the leadership of the Naredra Modi has succeeded in changing the ‘government job is only job’ mentality by empowering youths through a host of initiatives like Start Up, Make in India, and industrialization etc.

Similar lies were spread about petrol prices and CNG by Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi assembly elections. In Delhi Kejriwal used some unfortunate incidents on churches to project BJP as anti- Christian and in Gujarat Congress used a heinous to brand BJP as anti Dalit. In Delhi AAP promised CCTV and security guards at prime places and busses for women security, wifi for youths throughout the city, loan for students, new colleges, new hospitals, new busses, free water and free electricity for all, and loan for students among others. In Gujarat Congress promised 5% reservation for Patels above 50% cap, subsidized education, and unemployment dole among others. In how many states, Congress had provided unemployed dole so far? Will Congress provide unemployment dole in Karnatak and Punjab? Why Congress did not promised unemployment dole in Bihar where unemployment is very high and became a reason of migration. In Gujarat, they promised expenditure of around Rs 1.10 core for a state which has revenue of Rs 70,000 crore.

I have a simple question to the political analysts who are busy in projecting ‘brand new’ Congress and new ‘Avtar’ sixth Congress president from Nehru dynasty. How casteism become ‘brand new’? The same Congress solicited some backward castes with 10% reservation in 1980s but excluded Patels from this benefit. This led to massive caste and communal violence in which 100 people lost their lives. Who was the unlimited beneficiary? The Congress achieved maximum 149 out of 182 seats. In 80s Congress had KHAM (Khastriya, Harijan, Adivasi and Muslims) in 2017 they have HAJ. In every election Congress implements its divisive theory – divide Hindus in caste and consolidate Muslims on religion. In Gujarat, Congress was so confident on the second part of her theory that they did not utter even a single word for Muslims and focused their entire energy on fanning casteism and spreading hatred. The Grand Old Party first excluded Patels from reservation to be in power but in 2017 promised them reservation to come back in power. They killed 100 people for KHAM and around 10 lost their lives for HAJ. It was due to this lowest model of divisive politics, Congress’ top leaders Shaktisinh Gohil and Arjun Modhvadia lost elections.

The Gujarat election was unique in the sense that in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi we were fighting all the divisive forces in one go. They include – Congress, Casteism, Communalism, NGOs, Cheer Leader Politicians, academicians turned part time salaried politicians from campus of universities like JNU, student leaders across campuses, and journalist turned part time politicians. It was Modi vs all. The people of Gujarat have voted for Modi and his model of development.

How Rahul Gandhi is a ‘Brahaman’ but Taimur an ‘Ali Khan’?

Since independence flaying Hinduism and Muslim appeasement have been the winning strategy of Congress in all the elections but why her tallest leader is roaming in temples and sporting janeu in Gujarat assembly elections? This is not a change of heart but “Mareech” diplomacy of the thugs within the Congress

Ashish Sood –

The dispute about the religion of Congress scion Rahul Gandhi just before his anointment as the chief of Congress party has raised serious questions on the functioning of democracy in India. Before going deeper into the issue, I must make it clear that we respect the prohibitory guidelines of the Election Commission of India on seeking or casting votes on the name of religion and caste. However, concealing the religious identify by a Lok Sabha MP who is being anointed as chief of the second largest political party in the Parliament of India is definitely a matter of serious concern.

The entry of Rahul Gandhi and his party colleague Ahmed Patel as ‘Non-Hindu’ in the register of prestigious Somnath Temple of Gujarat by his media advisor has raised an alarm for Indian political system. Above all the vague defense of Congress by calling her scion as ‘Janeu Dhari Hindu’ (Brahaman) only reveals the habitual divisive politics of the decaying Congress which always nourished, groomed and used the leftists to name and shame each and every tradition of janeudhari Hindus (Brahamans) including the Janeu (sacred thread) itself. Since independence flaying Hindus and Muslim appeasement have been the winning strategy of Congress in all the elections but why its tallest leader is roaming in temples and sporting janeu? It’s not a change of heart but a classical “Mareech” diplomacy of the thugs within the Congress.  His father gagged Shah Bano. The mother wept bitterly on the encounter of Islamic terrorists in Batala encounter and now their son is showing Janeu to Hindus.

Was Rajiv Gandhi, a Hindu?

Jawaharlal Nehru recognized himself as a Kashmiri Pandit but never sported ‘Janeu’ as evident from his bare chest photos doing Yoga and water play. His daughter Indira Nehru was married to Feroze Gandhi. In his popular book ‘India after Gandhi’ the eminent historian Ramchandra Guha writes ‘Feroze Gandhi was also from Nehru’s home town, Allahabad. A Parsi by faith, he at first spelt his surname ‘Ghandy’. However, after he joined the national movement as a young man, he changed the spelling to bring it in line with that of Mahatma Gandhi. That amended surname proved to be incalculable significance to his wife; for most foreigners, and not a few Indians, assumed that she was in some way related to Mahatma Gandhi’ (Part Three – Shaking the Center, 14. The Southern Challenge, superscript 1, page 586/709). Subsequently, Firoze Jehangir Ghandy, the son of Faredoon Jehangir Ghandy became popular as Firoze Gandhi. He simply changed his surname but did not embraced Hinduism. This change of name is almost akin to Muhammad Yusuf Khan who is popularly known as Dilip Kumar in Indian cinema.

In line of the popular tradition, Indira Nehru adopted the surname of her husband and became Indira Gandhi. However, Congressmen argue that she continued her faith. What would be the religion of Rajiv Gandhi even if the argument is accepted? Not only in India but across the world the children are identified with the religion, caste and surname of their father. What was religion of Rajiv Gandhi, the son of Feroze Gandhi alias Feroze Ghandy? Even a blind will answer – Parsi. There is no evidence to prove that Rajiv Gandhi embraced Hindusim. Therefore his son Rahul Gandhi is a Parsi by birth. However, Rajya Sabha MP Subramanium Swami claims that he has converted into Christianity.

There exists provision where a non-Hindu can adopt Hinduism by getting deeksha sanskar from a Guru or Ghar Wapsi ceremony etc. Congress needs to explain and give evidence on when, where and by whom Rahul Gandhi or his father Rajiv Gandhi was brought into Hinduism? The janeu is not mere a ‘sacred thread’ but it has certain do’s and don’ts on daily basis. Once worn, a ‘janeu dhari’ Hindu is required to perform those actions on daily basis till his death. By proclaiming Rahul Gandhi as ‘janeu dhari’ Hindu, Congress has once again insulted Brahamans in particular and Hinduism in general. Whatever disrespect and neglect, Congress leaders and the members of ‘holy Gandhi alias Ghandy family’ express for Feroze Jehangir Ghandy and his Samadhi in Allahabad, he will be known as father of Rajiv Gandhi.

If Rahul Gandhi is Hindu, how Taimur is ‘Ali Khan’?

Besides the family of Indira Gandhi, the family members of her contemporary actor Prithviraj Kapoor are also facing questions. Kareena Kapoor, who was born in fourth generation of Prithviraj Kapoor, is Christian from mother’s side but was raised as a Hindu. She married Saif Ali Khan and the child is ‘Taimur Ali Khan’. Like Rahul Gandhi the grandmother of Taimur Ali Khan – Sharmila Tagore; is a Hindu and may be Shiv Bhakt. Similarly, Saif’s sister Soha Ali Khan married Kunal Khemu, a Kashmiri Pandit. Their child is Innaya Naumi Kemmu not the Khan. Moreover, the children of Rahul’s sister Priyanka are – Raihan Vadra and Miraya Vadra.

In the third generation of Kapoor family we see Ritu Nanda who married Nikhil Nanda. Their son Rajan Nanda is married to Sweta Bachchan, the only daughter of Ambitabh Bachchan. The children of Sweta Bachchan are – Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda; not the Bachchan. The only daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan is Aradhya Bachchan not Rai. There are innumerable examples not only in India but throughout the world where the children are known from the surname and religion of the father unless they convert and adopt another religion.

Rahul Gandhi must come clean on his religious identity

The Election Commission of India must make it compulsory for candidates in elections to write their religion in nomination papers and any evidence contrary to the claim shall be the basis of their disqualification even after being elected. If legal proceedings can be initiated against a youth for submitting wrong caste identity to get reservation benefits under OBC, SC or ST category, why legal proceedings not be initiated for concealing religious identity and getting undue benefits? The religious identity affects the voters and the demands for reservation on the name of ‘adequate representation’ are based on caste and religion. This is the reservation politics Congress has been using to disturb Gujarat since past two years. Rahul Gandhi should stop Congress’s divisive politics of divide and rule. He must come forward and tell the people of the nation about his religion. Having said this we respect his right to contest elections irrespective of his religious belief but he must stop propagating falsehood and fooling the people of India.

Furthermore, it’s also a legal issue. There are different marriage rules for Indian citizens on the basis of their religion. Is Rahul Gandhi is not marrying or not revealing his marriage to avoid the clutches of the law? Which marriage act will he follow – Hindu Marriage Act, Muslim Marriage Act, Christian Marriage Act or Parsi Marriage Act? Rahul must answer to ‘we the people’.

Why corrupts & scammers love to hate people’s PM Narendra Modi

The legendary crusade by Prime Minister Narendra Modi against Congress’ six decades legacy of Corruption and scams has exposed the nexus between politicians and thugs. Now, they have joined hands to protect their ill-gotten wealth and at the cost of national security, unity, and integrity.

Starting from Jeep Scam in 1948, Congress has left a legacy of corruption and scams in India in her misrule of over six decades. The grand old party also left a legacy of awarding plum posts to the scammers with the kingpin of the first scam of Azad Bhart, Mr. V. K. Krishan Menon was awarded a cabinet berth by first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, himself. The instances of corruption and scams became so frequent during the reign of Indira Gandhi that former Defense Minister Jeorge Fernandes had called her ‘fountainhead of corruption (Bhrstachar ki Gangotri) inside the Parliament. Her successor Rajiv Gandhi candidly confessed that out of Rs. 1 allocated by the Central Government only 15% was reaching at the bottom. This means that over 85% of the Central budget was going into corruption and scams during the tenure of Rajiv Gandhi. The corruption and scams broke all the previous records during 10 years rule by Mr. Silence (M.M.Singh) and Ms. High Commonad (inaccessible to Media and People of India). People had lost the hope of revival and have almost accepted ‘corruption and scams’ as a culture of Indian politics. In this pessimistic political environment, Narendra Modi took over the reign of the country in 2014.
Rajiv Gandhi had the highest number of MPs in Lok Sabha and also a huge majority in Rajya Sabha but he could not dare to take any step to prevent the corruption. He was so feared and dominated by the corrupts within the Congress that he could nothing but kept on shedding tears on plunging credibility of the country and open loot of the public money. His government enacted Benami Property Act, but could not muster the courage to enforce it. He feared that that corrupts and scammers in the Congress would topple his government. The rule lied just as a piece of paper.
After taking oath as the Prime Minister of Bharat, Narendra Modi launched a crusade against corruption. In his first cabinet meeting, he approved the formation of SIT on Black Money which Congress was delaying for years. He did not stop here. He is marching ahead step by step to make India free from corruption. He did not weep like Rajiv Gandhi but challenged the scammers and corrupts. He is leading the crusade from the front. Here are some of his footmarks.

1.In his first cabinet decision, Prime Minister Narendra Modi constituted a high power Special Investigation Team (SIT) with former Supreme Court Judge Justice (Retd.) M. B. Shah as Chairman and Justice (Retd.) Arijit Pasayat as Vice Chairperson to investigate Black Money stashed in foreign countries. The previous Congress government was tactically delaying the formation of this committee since 2011 and even violated orders of the Supreme Court. This is the most powerful committee of India since independence as it has chiefs of CBI, IB, CBDT, IT, etc as its members and working under direct supervision of the Supreme Court.

2.By April 2017, the SIT on Black Money submitted six interim reports and detected Rs 70,000 crore of Black Money. The Vice Chairman of SIT, Justice (Retd) Arijit Pasayat says, “The government has accepted most of the recommendations while some are under active consideration.”

3. Modi government dared to enforce Benami Properties (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016 which was pending since 1986. Rajiv Gandhi wanted to implement this rule but could not muster the courage despite having around two-third majority in the Lok Sabha. He, however, used his historic mandate in parliament to a knee before Islamic extremists and overruled the historic judgment of the Supreme Court in Shah Bano case in 1989 with a hope to consolidate Muslim vote bank for Congress. Here we have Modi who is using the people’s mandate to eliminate corruption from India completely. During Congress’s successive governments the scammers and corrupts were more powerful than the Prime Minister but now they are running hither and thither. The leaders of Congress and like-minded parties are now burning the midnight oil to save corrupts and scammers who were their sponsors for generations.

4.The Benami Properties (Prohibition) Act is very strong in curbing black money as besides land and physical properties it also includes unclaimed bank accounts and their deposits. The law has a provision of 7-year imprisonment and fine which was earlier three years. Now, the government has the power to confiscate Benami Properties whether it’s land, bank deposit or in any other form.

5.After demonetization, the IT officials have identified about 14,000 high-value properties of more than Rs.1 crore each has been identified where persons have not even filed Income Tax Returns. The investigations are in progress.

6.The data with Income Tax department revealed that for Financial Year 2016-17, 1.26 crore new taxpayers (return filers + non-filers making tax payments) were added to the tax base. It means 1.26 crore more citizens of India joined the list of honest taxpayers.

7. After demonetization, the collection of income tax has increased about 41.79 % in 2017 in comparison to the same period in 2016-17. The collection of self-assessment tax (personal income tax) has also increased by 34.25 % in 2017.

8.The government has canceled registration of over 1 lakh companies in a single stroke and more than 37,000 shell firms have been identified for strong action. These were fake companies used for money laundering. If a company is shut down, people come on the road to protest but nobody came to protest after 1 lakh companies were shut down. It means all of them were fake companies. They existed only on paper used for money laundering by lobbyists and interest groups created and patronized by Congress for decades.

9.So far CBDT has identified 16000 suspected cases of Benami Properties which are being investigated.

10.The Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is all-time high at $ 62 billion. After Goods and Services Tax (GST) is streamlined, it will increase Ease of Doing Business (EODB) in India and FDI would increase significantly.

11.A major criticism of the previous UPA government was policy paralysis and lack of ownership of problems. The current government is active on all fronts. Modi is personally overseeing stalled projects in infrastructure, power and steel under the Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation (Pragati) Initiative, through a three-tier system (PMO, Union government secretaries, and chief secretaries of states). Twenty such meetings of Pragati have led to a cumulative review of 183 projects with a total investment of Rs +8.79 lakh crore.

12.Income Declaration Scheme (IDS): In response to the Modi government IDS, people declared Rs 65,250 crore of undisclosed assets in the onetime compliance window, which yielded Rs 29, 363 crores in taxes to the government by September 30, 2016.

13.Bilateral treaties on double taxation avoidance agreements with Mauritius, Cyprus, and Singapore.

14.For the first time since independence, India breaks into top 100thcountries of the world in Ease of Doing Business (EODB) as per the data released by World Bank on October 31, 2017. In 2014, India was in 142nd position. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fixed a target to improve the rankings further and enter into top 50 countries. The ranking is most likely to improve further next year as GST and Demonetization were not included in this calculation. The long jump of India in EODB ranking was due to a series of financial reforms introduced and implemented by Modi government to ensure honest investors are not harassed but corrupts are nailed and weeded out.

15.The Real Estate industry had emerged as the biggest sector for black money and money laundering besides large-scale cheating with home buyers. Modi government ensured passage of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 which mandates constitution of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) at the state government and union territory level within six months of its notification. Several homebuyers were running from pillar to post to get possession after booking flats/villas. They were paying EMI to the banks but builders delayed by 5 to 6 years. Now RERA has been constituted in almost all the states where builders constructing on or above 500 sqm and eight storey buildings are required to register and give full details of their project. In addition there are several provisions in the act to prevent use of black money, money laundering and secure interests of home buyers.

16.In April 2015, Modi government cancelled the FERA license of 8,975 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) for not filing details of foreign money they had received under Foreign Contribution Registration Act (FCRA), 2010. There were allegations that several NGOs use the foreign money to support Nuxallite terrorists and religious conversions. Around 18,000 NGOs in the country don’t file annual income and expenditure returns. Some of the NGOs are allegedly involved in anti-national activities like supporting terror groups and large-scale religious conversions.

17.By April, 2017, Modi government cancelled nearly 93 lakh fake job cards in the MGNREGA scheme. It means around one crore ‘ghost workers’ were being paid through MGNREGA which was actually going to middlemen, contractors and politicians. Thus a major source of regular corruption and black money was stopped. According to officials the number of fake beneficiaries removed from the scheme was more than 3.1 crore. Thus around 14% of the households engaged by Congress government were ghosts and existed only on paper. If Modi was not the PM, this money would still been going in the hands of corrupts.

18.Modi prevented generation of Rs 50,000 crore of black money by December, 2016 with strict implementation of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. The government included 84 subsidies like gas subsidy etc. schemes of 17 ministries under DBT scheme thus lakhs of ghost beneficiaries were removed. These ghost beneficiaries were actually ground workers of Congress and likeminded corrupt parties who were sucking the government money on the name of poor by using fake documents. Thus Modi prevented lakhs of crores of money from going into the hands of corrupts thugs and scammers but for them, it’s their loss due to Modi. So they are conniving against Modi.

19.Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to include almost all the 533 subsidy scheme/ money assistance schemes of Central government under DBT scheme but the corrupt Congress has fielded its fake intellectuals to stop the process in the name of Right to Privacy so that their cadres on the ground can loot 85% of the public money like they were doing in the government of Rajiv Gandhi. If implemented, this will further reduce the loot of public money. For corrupts and scammers it’s loss. The Congress and like-minded political parties are now openly fighting to protect the corrupts and creating hurdles for Modi government from Parliament to Supreme Court. They know if Aadhar is linked with all the government schemes, they would have no way to loot public money.

20.In a historic achievement Narendra Modi government opened over 30.5 crore accounts for the poor people under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) and distributed 22.95 crore Rupay Cards. Opening an account was never so easy for a poor person in India. The government is now directly transferring subsidies and monetary assistance in the accounts of the poor people. The network of middlemen created by successive Congress governments has been almost destroyed and corrupt politicians are panic-stricken. Now if government gives Rs 100 to a poor it goes directly in the account of poor. The middlemen are not able to get their commission. They are very angry with Narendra Modi.

21.Narendra Modi government enactedInsolvency and Banking Code 2016 to create a balance in the rights of creditors and borrowers and strengthen the position of creditors. In this Act the rights of home buyers in real estate sector is also protected. Now, companies can’t get away with the money of investors. They can be taken over by the government/court to refund the money of investors. The borrowers cannot escape with the money of the banks. They will also have to cough up. Now, the banks can’t harass genuine borrowers but big companies will have to return the loan on time. These businessmen were had developed a habit to loot the public money from banks are angry with Modi.

22.The funding of terrorists by Pakistan was a known fact in India but successive Congress governments could never muster courage to take action. It was for the first time in history several leaders of terror outfits and their supporters were arrested on terror funding by National Investigative Agency (NIA). The people involved in terror funding and facilitating terror funding were doing their job from New Delhi but no agency could show the courage to take action against them. The NGOs and leaders who were getting money from Pakistan’s ISI for engaging youths in India for anti-national activities particularly in Kashmir are feeling unemployed. The lawyers of terrorists have also lost huge business. They all are angry with Modi.

23.In towns, cities and metros, real estate was a huge source of black money. Builders used to charge from 10% to 30% in cash called as ‘black’ while rest was paid through cheque. Modi government made strict laws to control this. Now you know the culture of ‘black money’ in purchase of flats, homes, land etc has come down. Several initiatives like demonetization, GST and RERA, have minimized illegal practices in real estate sector. Real Estate had also become a huge area for investment of black money. The corrupt builders and their financiers are angry with Modi.

24. Measures like demonetisation have significantly cleansed the election in India. This was evident in UP election where Samajwadi Party and BSP were exposed before the people. Use of tax evaded money for donation to political parties to get undue favours in return is set to reduce in the times to come.

25.Education Mafia: The parents are asked to pay a huge amount in cash in the name of capitation fee/donation at the time of admission of their child. This money is demanded from play school to postgraduate. As parents want to ensure the best possible education for their children, these private schools/colleges/universities force them to pay the donation in cash. This generates huge black money in India. Narendra Modi government has tried to control the situation. According to an estimate, capitation fees of around 50 thousand crore is paid at various educational levels from KG to PG in India. This so generated black money often finds its ways to terrorism, election financing and religious conversions. Auditing their financial statements, releasing them on websites, strict monitoring of their funds etc are some other measures set to reduce black money in educational institutes.

26.Hospitals had emerged another center of black money and money laundering in India. The private medical colleges demand lakhs from students as capitation fee/donation at the time of admission and also in between. Furthermore, private hospitals get huge cash from payments which are not shown in the account books. Sometimes unnecessary medical tests and surgeries are recommended for the patients to exploit them. This all money is a huge source of black money. Mafias from various fields also invest their ill-gotten money in the hospital to get a huge return and make their black money white. Similarly, gangsters and mafias also invest their black money in the film industry for money laundering. The monitoring schemes, online payment scheme, GST have prevented black money up to great extent.

Friends, the country is changing. Now, deserving people get their gas subsidy and other monetary assistance directly into their accounts. Now, if the government gives you Rs 100 you get Rs 100 in your account. There is no middleman involved. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has improved the system a lot. There is still need for further improvement and reforms to eradicate corruption forever from India. Please come and support our Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his fight against Congress’ legacy of corruption. Let’s make the country free from CORRUPTION. Let’s make the country free from CONGRESS.
